This studio introduces students to advanced built environment research. Students will learn to analyse built environments as gestures representing the social and cultural lives of people, and the economic and political paradigms that shaped our cities at particular moments in the past. The studio will culminate in a public exhibition, including archival material, analytic visuals and text.
