Students at higher studies institutions like design, architecture, archeology, etc. need to develop physical projects like mock-ups, prototypes, sheets, etc. But they do have any specific & adequate space to store or keep them out of reach of external factors securely. 
These institutions have effectively used the floor space available and there is no or very less space for storing such physical projects The space under the table also cannot be used since except for the leg room, there will be a fear of damage through various sources. 
The vertical space which is least utilized in the institutions can be utilized for this by giving students the vertical reach.
