The project is about is to make development plan for Rajkot-2036 with the understanding of past developments and future demands.The whole approach for development plan is liberal approach where landuse is not restricted other than marking the few zones like industries,obnoxious industries ,agricultural and eco-sensitive zones ,rest all is open for mixed use development.The other approach is  to provide more than required so that the land values do not go high and bring a balance development in city fulfilling housing and infrastructure demands.
