Preparation of the Rajkot Development plan 2036 was a multi-stage exercise,involving: In-depth analysis of the existing situation,covering the demographic,economic,physical infrastructure,environmental & financial institutional aspects.Using the outcome of the 1st stage analysis - existing situation of Rajkot city,people's perception,trends and future projection , we came up 4 different possible scenarios which helped us to envisage the final zoning map for Rajkot city along with other important sectors like transport,housing,environment,infrastructure etc.The final stage  of the Rajkot development plan was the implementation of this plan through TP schemes at various phases.
