The intervention will primarily focus on three main sections. Technology and land requirements, land provisioning and its respective cost-benefit analysis. This section includes understanding the present treatment technology and requirements used by these plants. Cost-benefit analysis for the same including the cost requirement for expansion of networks based on a centralized or decentralized spatial distribution of treatment plants. This recommendation would be made keeping in mind the reuse potential of the resource . Hence, this analysis of centralized or decentralized would be linked to the reuse market and its potential areas. Secondly, land provisioning through DP and TP would also be studied and its cost-benefit based on similar comparisons.
