Learn to integrate detailed planning and urban design to manage green-field growth on urban periphery or infill and redevelopment in urban areas. During the semester, students will explore innovative ways to use micro-level planning and urban design tools such as Town Planning Scheme (TPS) and Local Area Plan (LAP) for planning Green-field development, TOD, CBD, Smart City or Heritage Areas.
