DESIGN STUDIO 2 - HIGH RISE BUILDINGS

The building assigned was a G+5 story resort, that was to be analysed and designed to resist earthquake forces. Initially a static check was done on a typical floor and base shear calculated (as per IS 1893-2016). Keeping the initial structural system as a reference, the problem statement was tackled and suitable solutions were obtained.
