In order to fix the dystopian society, 'they' set out to resurface the aged and the far-fetched idea of 'Time Travel'. To invent the Time Machine, 'they' need open-minded and radical scientists to join them, and a 'secret hide-out' where in they can experiment with their ideas.Their 'secret hideout' is imagined to be a facility, where they can explore the possibilities of moving through time and space, and invite scientists to join them on this quest.So the project is built up in layers, where the outer layers are the public domain which covers up the inner core i.e. Time-Travel Laboratory.
