The site of the unit home is along the slope of Thol Lake. Based on minimal requirements, it has a small pantry, one bedroom, a living space cum study, bathroom and an open place for gathering. The house is such that only top is seen from the road maintaining the view of the lake, stairs leading down to the living space and study and a passage connecting it with bedroom, all looking towards the lake. The sloping roof allowing water to naturally fall in the lake and stairs leading to the lake and outdoor sitting place just below the house.
