The programme of the studio was to create a housing for the workers working in the industrial area around the chandola lake. The concept behind the tower was to take workers away from their daily routine, the filthy atmosphere they work in and give them a better atmosphere to live in . It was incorporated by creating a ground above the ground where all the basic amenities such as lounge, play ground, library were taken on the first floor. The actual ground is used for parking and common gathering space.
