The library is an ongoing project planed for a management institute with 1200 number of users. Its a four storey connecting bridge between two blocks which also act as a walk through. The basic concept is to function it as a place which allows to study and read (concentration) and also as a meeting point where people are allowed to communicate and discuss (interaction). It function is divided into four distinctive levels with the hierarchy of noise level as active bottom floor (robust, busy, frequently updated for quick visit) to the calm upper floor (serene for research cells).
