On studying the workings of the casualty in a busy Government hospital, we realised that there is a huge need that has not been addressed. When there is a mass casualty incidence, there are not enough beds to accomodate the patients and the waiting area seating becomes redundant as relatives are not allowed in at these times. This project is an attempt to bridge this gap by the design of a 4 seater that can transform into a higher treatment surface.
