Studying the systems of banks led to understanding the importance of the relationship between the bank and customer. Further analyzing led to revelation of bank being a "social leveler" with a wide range of customers. The intervention is aimed at making the transition from manual to digital transactions easier for the customers by empowering them with knowledge, building confidence and accomplish the transactions with comfort.
