The concept of the cross chair is inspired from the traditional practice of sitting on the ground for various activities, e.g. eating food, etc. The realization of the same is aimed to enhance and enrich the lifestyle of the users. Cross chair is a low height seating, raised 100mm from the ground with conventional elements of backrest and hand rest for comfort. The backrest and the hand rest magnify the usability of the product in different scenarios. The material and the color of the surface offer visual comfort and help maintaining the vocabulary of the product with respect to the given space.
