Environment Impact Assessment: Land Baseline & EMP

The studio primarily focused on the analysis of baseline data and further providing with an Environment management plan for the purpose of Cumulative Environment Impact assessment of GIDC, Sanand. As different aspects of baseline, land became an integral part of it. We tried to explore the various aspect of land- majorly, the change in land use and factors like change in cropping and irrigation pattern and land prices. At the end, as a part of EMP,  a preventive measure was concieved- the factors that are needed to be considered for future siting of industries from land perspective.
