The aim of the studio was to develop a Development Project Report which is ready for approval from various agencies. Various sites were identified and based on the potentials the site near Vaisnodevi circle was selected for development. After site identification, site analysis and market survey and analysis was conducted to identify the best product for development based on the legal aspects. I have presented here a glimpse of the development report which includes site analysis, market analysis, product mix, construction phasing, financial feasibility and viability, business models and marketing strategies.
