AFFORDABLE HOUSING IN GOTA WARD

This is a real estate project where in we had to select a site and develop  suitable project for the said site. This land is in Gota ward and is of 6 Hectares. As a real estate and housing planner our project  proposal was on the basis of market analysis and absorption in the surrounding area. On this basis we developed affordable housing units in this site with the desirable product mix. Also we understood the financial parameters and explained how it would be feasible for the involved investors along with the best business model and marketing strategies.
