This Housing Studio aimed to give us exposer to the Real Estate market to let us know about the steps involved in developing a real estate project. This helped us to understand how a real estate project is developed following all the steps starting from site selection, its legal aspects to conducting market analysis and analysing it to select the product mix then concentrating on the project expenditure, phasing, outflow  and inflow of the project, we worked on the financial models to find out  feasibility of the project.
