It was a redevelopment project. Site was located in east CBD of Ahmedabad i.e. Dudheshwar. It is a 6.4 hectare site. As of now small scale industries are working on the site but because it is declared as CBD area we assume the character will change. CBD means high FSI, dominantly commercial land use. So, the site has been looked as a developing site which has huge potentials for real estate development. Analyzing the market both micro and macro the product mix is decided. Also, the financial feasibility has been done to make the project feasible.
