The studio focused on understanding the working of and dynamics involved in the real estate sector. A site was selected where a real estate project was to be proposed. A neighborhood level study was done to understand the character of the site. Market study at macro and micro levels were conducted which helped in designing an optimum product mix for the site. After this, financial feasibility was worked out. Different marketing strategies were formulated and the final Detailed Project Report (DPR) was prepared.
