The housing studio project aimed at exposing us to the development of Real estate project. Various steps involved in developing a real estate project was carefully understood from the process of site selection, understanding the legal aspects of site, conducting market surveys and analyzing the data collected, understanding the concept of macro and micro market analysis, arriving at the suitable product mix, carrying out the financial feasibility studies for the project, and finally looking at the marketing strategies to sell the product in the market. Mainly studio helped us in understanding typical real estate project in developers view.
