The studio aims to make us understand the dynamics of real estate sector at city level and at micro markets and finally to develop an optimum product mix with reference to the micro-market and potentials.To develop AES ground situated in the Thaltej ward in Ahmedabad city, having an area of 12 ha by proposing a suitable product mix through site analysis and market analysis.
