C&D and Storm Water Drain Management

Bhuj city is an arid region, hence it becomes necessary to conserve and maintain all natural streamlines which feeds water to the city lakes by drawing water from larger catchment area, over the period of time due to human interventions these streamlines are disappearing gradually, major reasons for this could be encroachment leading to breakage in continuity of drains, C&D waste dumping. To overcome these issues projects has been identified which would intervene in 3 sector ie. SWD, SWM and planning controls.
