The highlighted institution area for the execution of the project with water and flushing requirement of this area. The different technologies have been referred.

The different execution have been calculated and option for funding this project has been shown.

As there is high cost for this system in existing area, these kind of options can be used in newly developed area and outskirts of the city.

Complaint Redressal Mechanism for Bhuj city

Here, the existing complaint registration mechanism is discussed and to enhance the system certain elements have been added.

The ideal complaint redressal mechanism. At each level, issues have been identified in the existing syatem and to improve this system recommendations have been given.

Examples of Citizen charter, complaint registration receipt and feedback form and institution framework for the department.

The newly launched Swachh Sarvekshan and its ranking and making it applicable for the city.
