Social Infrastructure Sector

The Studio aimed at preparation of a Metropolitan Regional development plan for Vadodara. The work done by us consists of analysing Social Infrastructure Sector from three different perspectives of Education, Health, And Housing. The approach taken here basically analysed provision of Primary Social Infrastructure Facilities based on the indicators chosen like that of accessibility to facility for Health and Education. Whereas, housing conditions were taken into consideration for delineating a sectoral Boundary for the regional plan. The region identified was on basis of potential areas identified and the areas that can have an influence of metropolitan region and develop further.
