Under area planning studio to study characteristics of urban planning, Jamalpur is chosen. After in depth analysis of the ward, several proposals were identified by the group, out of which Proposal 1 focuses on enhancing the experience of experiencing heritage itself. To work n it, streets of the ward were redefined in a manner that they belong to the place overlooking international standards. Less traffic, less pollution, more space for localities to walk by making streets pedestrian prioritized, regulation of encroachments and parking.Proposal 2 looks upon inefficient public land as an asset to build other proposals.
