Naranpura ward plan

The project is based on a ward planning exercise undertaken for the area planning studio for Naranpura ward, Ahmedabad. It first introduces the ward including its demographic profile, contextual locationand important features of the ward. Following this the project talks about the major factors which are likely to impact the ward and act as a catalyst in driving its development. After analyzing issues and keeping these external factors in mind, a vision for the ward is then formulated with objectives and consequent proposals. This particular project discusses in detail about the objective of promoting affordable housing along transit routes followedbystrategies.
