Vasna, a diverse ward in West Ahmedabad, was allotted to us for the Area Planning Studio exercise (APS, 2016) aiming at preparing a comprehensive ward plan addressing all its issues while considering all its potentials. With the help of data collected through various primary and secondary surveys, all the sectors were analyzed in depth under 4 major themes namely: Living Condition, Socio-Economic Condition, Public Realm and TOD. Each proposal led to the preparation of comprehensive ward plan as shown in the end which eventually fulfilled our vision.
