FEASIBILITY STUDY OF GIFT CITY PHASE I

This project aims at testing the feasibility of Gujarat International Finance Tec-City. Market size, market trends, and demand in making GIFT a successful project have been analyzed. One of the unique infrastructure developments of GIFT city, the District Cooling System has been analyzed, and a technical scoring model is generated in comparison to the normal chillers. Scoring models are also generated for other infrastructures in choosing the best techniques and methods to make GIFT a unique global development. The expense and revenue generations are calculated for phase I as part of financial analysis. Finally, NPV and IRR are calculated to check how financially feasible the project is. Also, a sensitivity analysis is done.
