The semester is focused on integrated building design with special focus on lighting and daylighting. the semester started with understanding the basic lighting and daylighting principles followed by a measurement module. The last part of the semester included designing an integrated building with passive strategies, HVAC and daylighting. This semester helped in understanding the fundamentals of an integrated building design approach while considering all the aspects of the building. Also, the communication with the stakeholders was also understood during the whole-building integrated design experience. the guest lectures played an important role for the updated knowledge.
