The Project is a brief description of various activities undertaken during the Implementation Stage of a construction project , which has been explained by means of a case study  - BARAPULLAH PHASE -3 , NEW DELHI , which is the construction of an extra dosed bridge over river Yamuna.The Project covers construction methodology which has been adopted for foundation and segment erection for the bridge. The aspects of Quality Management and traffic management as implemented for the Project.
