The studio was aimed at designing transport Infrastructure for the City of Surat. Initially the existing scenario was analyzed in terms of Roads and Non motorized transport. Proposals were made for the same after literature review and case studies.
Surat Railway station Area was a part of detailed hot spot design which included the re- routing of existing circulation and proposals for pedestrian friendly and smooth movement of traffic with priority given to Public transport.
