In walled city of Ahmedabad the safety of building had become a major concern. Safety i terms of building safety and also fire safety was of  major concern. As the building age was more than 200 years, there was a risk always for the residents, if the building will collapse. So steps had to be taken for such buildings so that residents have a lower risk. Also for the fire safety certain measures had to be taken for the protection of buildings from fire.
