To study the facilities management at A.E.S, I studied M.G.Science institute, which is a grant in aid institute under Ahmedabad education society. In M.GScience, I studied three facilities i.e. Retrofitting, fire safety and asset management respectively. Under each facility, the current scenario was studied, issues were identified for the scope of improvement and probable solutions as proposals are provided
