Vasna Ward is a diverse ward in terms of diverse residential neighbourhoods, accessibility nodes and economic diversity. The vision for the ward was focused on celebrating this diversity and creating desirable neighbourhoods. Liveable Neighbourhoods are characterized by the built environment which influence active living. Spatial integration amongst diverse plot sizes, housing types and densities is important.  The spatial transformation proposed will lead to social transformation which is an inclusive urban space with different communities.
