The aim of foundation studio was to study an area, analyse it, figure the issues faced by residents, and create a Local Area Plan for the same area. Based on the analysis of the site, it was found out that the smart city mission was also proposed on the same site as well as a CBD was proposed. It was found that there was a high amount underutilised land parcels in the study area. Thus in this proposal, a transit oriented development was proposed by us.
