The Real Estate Housing project studio aims to understand how a real estate project takes shape and the various factors that attribute in molding the final product mixes. The project site being located in Behrampura area of Ahmedabad, it poses various challenges and uniqueness in terms of the land and the real estate market around. Thus, understanding the industrial area and surrounding development of a possible project has been done to offer the residents four parameters - Affordable, Space, Legal and Services.
