Housing Studio - Real estate project

Ahmedabad Real estate market is evolving tremendously from one that primarily caters to mid-segment of the housing to luxury housing. The market gradually fuelling in luxury housing by NRIs when the overall market in the state is in the midst of a slowdown because of RERA and GST. Our real estate project is on temple trust land "Bhav Nirjar" in satellite area, currently having religious activities on the land. The negotiation and consensus were built between trust and developer for spatial blocking of the building blocks. The resulted product mix of the commercial and residential property is marketable and financially viable.
