E-Governance in Ahmedabad | Sewage Pumping Stations

This study has been divided into two parts. First part talks about existing E-Governance System of AMC, particularly focusing on Consumer Complaints and Redressals. This part concludes with the interventions for strengthening the overall grievance redressal mechanism for Ahmedabad city. 
The second section is a part of Wastewater Management study for Ahmedabad city, with specific focus on efficiency improvement of existing Sewage Pumping Stations (SPS) in Central Administrative Zone of AMC. Interventions related to Life Cycle Cost (LCC) Assessment, Contract Improvement and SCADA Automation have been suggested in the later part.
