Being a development for the growing IT population of Bangalore in the centre of the city, this proposal aims to create a sustainable environment that would best suit our lives today, in the Age of Information. The project addresses extreme conditions (physical space v/s virtual existence) and strives to strike a balance. The intent is to provide the optimum in terms of space, energy, usage and an inclusive growth for IT communities as well as city as a whole.
