The project studied is the Commercial Building of Brigade Group in SEZ Area of GIFT City,Gandhinagar,Gujajrat. The contract for this work has been awarded to PSP Projects Ltd. The Project covers the different aspects of Project Management during the execution phase of a project. The major aspects like Quality Management, Safety Management, Material & Inventory Management, Equipment Management, Risk Management, Billing Procedure and also the monitoring of the project using certain tools like Progress charts and Earned Value Analysis have been covered in the Project. Under all the heads, analysis of the same has been done and a conclusion has been drawn. Most of the details used for calculations are based on the data obtained from the site by frequent visits to the project site. The evaluation of this information helped in understanding the execution part of project lifecycle, various management practices and also the challenges in the execution phase of the project.
