Decoding the Forest - Manali wildlife Sanctuary

A forest exists as both a real structure and an imagined world. While on one hand it is a complex life form that can be understood as a set of relationships between place, climate, soil, flora and fauna; on the other hand it has an equally rich position in human imagination that can range from a place of illumination to one of disorientation- and everything in between. This exercise looks at fundamental relationship between small and large natural systems.
