Safety Hoist for Painters

In India there is a practice of swaying on a makeshift hoist to paint the exterior of a mid rise building. The painter sits on that hoist for long until the job is done. There is a chance of falling off or tripping of the painter. Even the bucket might accidentally fall and hit people crossing below the hoist. This system aims at maximizing the safety of a painter painting the exterior of a mid rise building and at the same time it allows the painter to move effectively in both vertical and horizontal  direction.
