A passenger travelling in or out interacts with the railways on the station, thus it is their duty to provide passenger with certain facilities that would be adequate and satisfy their immediate requirements.An attempt has been made to understand the management of these amenities based on their performance level from the perspective of customer who are the primary users.

The specifications for the creation of signage board are provided in the manuals provided by the railway which helped to create a basic layout plan
