Counter Management - Check-in process (Domestic Airport)

I have made some observations regarding the check-in process at domestic terminal, Ahmadabad airport. There are some issues of queue length and the wait time of the passengers. This project in proposed to reduce the queue length and improve the wait time of the passenger and overall to increase the customer satisfaction.
