Security Hold Area at SVP Domestic Airport

In Service Operations Management studio, I have worked on management of security hold area and improving passenger experience for the Domestic Terminal of SVP Airport, Ahmedabad. Special focus is given on to improve passenger experience & understand the need of passenger as passenger spends maximum of his/her time in security hold area. Also to improve the quality of service & to understand the scope of improvement from the Authority point of view feedback system has been developed.
