Service Operations Studio for Airport

As part of the study, we focused on service operations at Ahmedabad Airport for customer satisfaction. Study focus on the airside part of the Ahmedabad Airport, which included Vehicular movement when a passenger enters and drop off zone, parking facilities, security checking process, check-in process, boarding process, trolley management, and procurement management. This chapter focuses on procurement managementKey objectives of service operation are to synchronize and perform the activities and processes required to deliver and manage services at agreed levels to business users and customers. The service operation is also responsible for on-going management of the technology that is used to deliver and support services
