Green-Field Development in South Bopal

The project aims at exploring potential of a green-field site in the western part of Ahmedabad, to the west of SP Ring Road. In order to understand the process of development, initially the site surroundings were studied along with legal aspects of the site. Further, a micro market study was carried out in order to understand the prevailing rates. This was followed by pre-feasibility options to develop the product mix, after which a detailed analysis on the same was done, understanding the various construction activities. Finally, timeline and cash flows were formulated to understand the functioning of the project, in order to understand the finances of the project. Also, marketing strategies were decided to increase revenues.
