The project is a real Estate project for a greenfield site near Vaishno devi circle. The site is located on the crossroad. In order to understand the process of development initially the site surroundings were studied along with legal aspects of the site. Further, a micro market study was carried out in order to understand the prevailing rates. This was followed by feasibility options to develop the product mix. Finally, timeline and cash flows were formulated to understand the functioning of the project. Also, marketing strategies were decided to increase revenues. NPV & IRR were also checked.
