The studio exercise for this semester was to understand the complete process of developing a Real Estate project and its feasibility was to be figured out in the end. A large scale real estate project comprises of many important aspects which can affect the project if not worked out properly. We as housing planners work out the whole process of developing a project by analyzing each and every possible aspect related to it to find out the on-ground possibility and feasibility. The exercise helped us to understand the sensitivity and practicality of any type of real estate project, as we studied and analyzed various types of ongoing projects in Ahmedabad and accordingly we made our project options. We were introduced to many important people who are at present working on many of such projects and their inputs helped us to understand certain practical aspects in more detail.
